What is micellar casein?

Micellar Casein is separated from milk using an ultrafiltration process. It has the ability to gel during digestion to slowly release amino acids, making it the slowest digesting form of casein.

Serving size: 33g - 1 heaped scoop
Directions: Mix 1 serve with 250-350ml of water or milk in a shaker or blender & mix for 10-20 seconds.
